Description: Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare was developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. Its release took place in 2007 and was available for purchase and download on Windows PC. This game was the fourth edition of the Call of Duty series, as well as the first edition to the Modern Warfare series. As opposed to the previous Call of Duty titles, this game is set during modern times, instead of World War II. The game’s plot takes place during 2011, in which a Russian Ultranationalist movement sparks a civil war. In the midst of this, a radical leader in an unnamed country located in the Middle East had also assassinated its president, thus contributing to more turmoil within the world. The game’s conflicts can be viewed from two different perspectives of a British SAS commando and a US Force Reconnaissance Marine. Both individuals are set in different locales, such as the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and Azerbaijan.
